Howard Stanley, EMT
Howard was off duty on November 27, 2009 when he witnessed a car accident in Cheektowaga. He stopped to help the young lady. As it turned out, she severed an artery in her arm and her doctor said that had Howard not been there to stop the severe bleeding, she probably would have died.
